Terms and conditions

1. Subscription and payment

The full package fee is due at the time of subscription, and your child’s place is only held once payment completes. Displayed prices cover what the package description states, and do not include kit or equipment unless explicitly said otherwise.

2. Start date and duration

The subscription runs from the start date you choose at checkout until the end of the period stated in the package. It is not extended because of absence, and missed sessions do not carry over into a later subscription.

3. Attendance and absence

Please bring your child ten minutes before the session starts. Where an absence is medical and supported by a report, sessions may be made up within the same subscription period, subject to a place being available in a suitable group.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before the first session and receive a full refund. Once the programme has started, a refund is calculated on the remaining period after deducting sessions already held. No refund is available once more than half the package period has passed.

5. Safety and health

Parents must tell the academy about any medical condition, allergy or previous injury that could affect their child’s participation. The academy provides qualified supervision and first aid, and is not responsible for injuries arising from withheld health information.

6. Photography and recordings

The academy may take photographs or video during training to document sessions and describe its programmes. A parent may refuse their child’s appearance in any published material by telling the administration in writing, and that is acted on immediately.

7. Schedule changes

A session may be cancelled or moved for reasons outside our control, such as weather or a facility closure. Where that happens the session is rescheduled and parents are told in advance.
